The box will be closed today as almost everyone is heading to the Ipswich Challenge.

If you are driving down to Ippy, and want to go in convoy, I will be driving off from the box at 5:45am. Please let me know if you can give a lift or need a lift.

CrossFit Kids will be on Sunday at 3pm instead of today at 7:30am.
