As a group, this is a 20 min AMRAP to see how many kilograms we can move from ground-to-overhead. This may be done as power snatch, clean & jerk, or a kettlebell swing.
Barbell and KB weights will vary according to individuals. All reps will be multiplied by the weight used and a grand total will be calculated for the session time, as well as a total for the day.
