WOD – Saturday 9 July 2011

PLEASE NOTE: I am changing the Saturday timings to ONE session in the morning at 7:30am, and ONE session in the afternoon at 4pm.  That’s enough time for a ‘sleep-in’ and you’ll still be finished in time for any 8:30am kid-sport activities on a Saturday morning.
