1.6km run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1.6km run
* The pullups, pushups and squats may be completed as 20 rounds of Cindy ie 5/10/15.
* The 1.6km run may be completed as a row.
* A vest may be worn.
* I will be hosting 8am in addition to normal 4pm time slot for any final attempts at 11.6. If you haven’t done this WOD please do so, and submit your scores for the CrossFit Toowoomba Team. We are currently in 18th place – if we stay top 30 we can send a team to Sydney.
