Option A: 11.6 – 3 thrusters, 3 pullups. Add 3 reps each round. 7 minute AMRAP. Men use 45kg, women use 30kg. Pullups are Chest To Bar.
Option B:

* Move straight from deadlift to HSPU. Rest as required in-between sets.
