100 SDHP
100 Wall Ball
100 Push Press
100 Box Jumps
*This is a partnered WOD. Each person on the team must complete the work required. ie as a pair you will complete 200 Calories etc. While one person works, the other person performs OH Walk Lunges. The weight you use for the OH Lunges must not touch the ground ie hand the weight person to person. Your score as a team is the number of steps taken with the weight overhead.
