10 pistols each leg alternating
10 dumbbell press alternating
* This is modified from actual rxd – I need outside to be dry to do most of the original movements so this is technically an “inside dry shed version”. Might try again in February 2011.
P.S. The photo attached has been posted under duress. I thought I was going to get away with it but SOMEONE took a photo so I’m just getting in first. Can’t believe I am wearing a pink shirt although it’s technically not touching me because I’ve got red shirt underneath. What a day – firstly I put up some plastic so you lot don’t get wet and THEN I wear pink! Don’t be fooled that I’m going soft though – it’s VERY temporary.
