Remember: 6am at Velodrome
Pullups
1st minute = 1 pullup
2nd minute = 2 pullups etc
Keep going until the clock catches you. Keep using same pullup style that you start with.
Dessert: 10 minutes Double Under practice or AMRAP
AND: 5 minutes of plank in total.
