Pull-ups x 42
Overhead squat x 15
Pull-ups x 30
Overhead squat x 9
Pull-ups x 18

Men use 45kg, women use 30kg.

Or, if you are training in the evening/at home:
Squat jumps x 21
Pushups x 42
Squat jumps x 15
Pushups x 30
Squat jumps x 9
Pushups x 18

P.S. Squat Jump: jump from bottom of squat, arms straight above your head and get some air under your feet.
